About Nicole Castillo – Founder of NC Bookkeeping Pro
Hi, I’m Nicole Castillo, the founder of NC Bookkeeping Pro. I started my business in 2021 with one goal in mind, to help small businesses and nonprofits stay organized, confident, and informed about their finances. I understand how challenging it can be to balance day-to-day operations while keeping up with financial details, so my mission is to make bookkeeping simple, transparent, and stress-free.
In March 2025, I earned my Master of Science in Business Analytics, graduating with honors. That experience strengthened my ability to use data to uncover insights and support smarter financial decisions. I combine my background in bookkeeping with tools like QuickBooks to give clients clear, meaningful information about their financial health.
I truly enjoy working with organizations that make a difference, whether it’s a local small business growing its community presence or a nonprofit making an impact through its mission. My goal is to help each client feel supported and confident, knowing their finances are in good hands.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom who loves spending time with my son. Most days you’ll find me driving him to his after school activities and cheering him on from the sidelines. I also have two sweet rescue dogs who keep life interesting. When my son is with his dad, I love spending time with my soon to be husband, who I actually met when I was 21, but that’s another story for another day.
